Are you ready to energize yourself ? Come to this no-sweat workout!
During 20 - 30 minutes, you will be doing some stretching exercises and testing your balance coordination under the guidance of a sports coach. Using elastic bands for stretching or easy-to-lift dumbbells to empower your body.
No sporting clothes required.
Just come as you are and bring out the best in yourself during this low impact activity!
