FOMO? Tackle your career anxiety!

If you find it hard to make choices, because you are afraid to miss out on things, chances are that you suffer from FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out).

How come it so hard to choose? Why are we afraid to make the wrong choices or to miss out on something?

In searching for a job or internship, you may experience this FOMO phenomenon as well.

In this workshop:

• You will learn why it can be so hard to choose, from a psychological and biological point of view.
• You will learn about the phenomenon FOMO, how your brain works and how we humans are wired.
• The coach will explain what makes choosing easier and will give you tools to make decisions.

Together we will go from FOMO to JOMO (Joy Of Missing Out) !
